Admission Process

Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria for admission to our Ayurveda training courses are prescribed by the Rajasthan State Council of Indian Medicine (RSCIM) and the National Commission for Indian System of Medicine (NCISM). All applicants must meet the following requirements to be considered for admission.

Educational Qualification

Candidates must havepassed 12th (Senior Secondary) examination from a recognized board (RBSE, CBSE, ICSE, or equivalent).Any stream is eligible—Science, Commerce, or Arts. This makes the DAN&P course accessible to a wide range of students. Minimum aggregate marks required: 50% for General category, 45% for OBC, and 40% for SC/ST candidates as per Rajasthan Government reservation policy.

Age Criteria

The minimum age for admission is 17 years as on 31st December of the admission year. There is no upper age limit for admission as per current NCISM norms, allowing individuals from diverse age groups to pursue Ayurveda education. Date of birth proof (10th class mark sheet or birth certificate) is mandatory.

Domicile & Reservation

Rajasthan domicile candidates get preference as per state government norms. Reservation is applicable as per Rajasthan Government policy: 16% for SC, 12% for ST, 21% for OBC-NCL, 10% for EWS, and 5% for differently-abled candidates. All reservations require valid certificates issued by competent authority in the prescribed format.

Medical Fitness

Candidates must be medically fit to pursue the course. A medical fitness certificate from a registered medical practitioner (MBBS/BAMS) is required at the time of admission. This ensures that the candidate can undertake the practical training, hospital postings, and clinical work essential for the course without health-related limitations.

Fee Structure 2026-27

Transparent fee structure approved by the Government of Rajasthan. Fees are payable semester-wise and include tuition, laboratory, library, examination, and other mandatory charges. No hidden charges.

Note: The DAN&P course is 2.5 years (30 months) duration, divided into 5 semesters. Fees are payable semester-wise. The above structure includes tuition, laboratory, library, examination, hospital training, and admission charges. Hostel, mess, uniform, and study material charges are additional. Reserved category students are eligible for fee reimbursement through Rajasthan Government scholarship schemes.

Scholarships & Financial Aid

We facilitate various government and institutional scholarships to ensure that financial constraints do not prevent deserving students from pursuing Ayurveda education. Our scholarship cell assists students in applying for the appropriate schemes.

SC/ST Scholarship

Full tuition fee reimbursement for SC/ST students under the Rajasthan Government Post-Matric Scholarship Scheme. Eligibility based on family income certificate (max ₹2.5 lakh per annum).

OBC/EWS Scholarship

Tuition fee waiver and stipend for OBC and EWS category students as per Rajasthan Government norms. Income certificate required. Covers up to 90% of tuition fees for eligible candidates.

Merit Scholarship

Institute offers merit-based scholarships for toppers: 100% for top 3, 50% for ranks 4-10, and 25% for ranks 11-20 in each course. Awarded based on annual examination results.

Girl Child Scholarship

Special 10% fee concession for all female students under our "Beti Padhao" initiative. Additional financial aid available for single-girl-child families from economically weaker sections.

Differently-Abled Scholarship

Full fee waiver plus monthly stipend of ₹1,500 for students with disabilities (40% or more). Valid disability certificate from authorized medical board required.

Ex-Servicemen Quota

Special concession of 20% on tuition fees for children of ex-servicemen as per Rajasthan Government policy. Priority in seat allotment under defense quota.

Yes, we have a dedicated placement cell that assists students in finding suitable employment. We have tie-ups with leading Ayurvedic hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, and wellness centers. Our placement rate is consistently above 95%, with many students securing jobs before course completion.

Is hostel facility available for outstation students?

Yes, we provide separate hostel facilities for boys and girls with all essential amenities including mess, recreation room, and 24x7 security. Hostel allotment is on first-come-first-serve basis. Hostel fees are additional and not included in the course fees.
